This is an acquisition for a design-build renovation project for Fairchild AFB's Mission Support Group buildings 2245/2248/2249. The project is a design- build effort and will include the following: demolition, hazardous material survey, abatement, soil testing, structural design and work, water systems, pavement work, storm-water management, utilities work, sewer work, landscaping work, architectural and interior design, temporary facilities, fire safety, exterior walls and roofing, windows, and carpeting per the Statement or Work and SOW Attachments.

Amend 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide the sign-in sheet for the pre-proposal site visit held on 22 May 2025.

Amend 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions proposed by prospective contractors related to the SF1442 and to change the proposal due date and time.

Amend 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions proposed by prospective contractors related to the SF1442 and Statement of Work.

Amend 0004 - The purpose of this amendment is to amend the bid bond requirements.

Amend 0005 - The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions proposed by prospective contractors related to the SF1442 and to change the proposal due date.

Amend 0006 - The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions proposed by prospective contractors related to the Statement of Work.
