Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the storm drain system on the medical campus, identifying areas needing attention. Utilize high-pressure water jetting or suction equipment to flush out sediment and debris from all campus storm drains and lines. Clean French drains adjacent to Lot 10 but will not clean roof drain lines internal to buildings. Collect and remove all debris dislodged during cleaning, ensuring proper disposal in compliance with local regulations. Develop a project timeline, coordinating with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to minimize disruption to daily operations. Implement safety measures during cleaning activities and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Provide documentation of debris disposal, a final project report summarizing work completed, including before-and-after photographs, and offer a warranty for workmanship for one year post-completion.
