F-35 Construct Flight SIM Construction Contract for Project LSGA219001 Construct F-35 Flight Simulator Facility, 125th Fighter Wing, Florida Air National Guard, Jacksonville, Florida. Work will be performed in accordance with the contract, plans, technical specifications, and drawings. This action is being solicited for Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the Size Standard for Small Business is $45M. Project magnitude range is between $10-$25M. Failure to submit an offer on all items shall result in rejection of the proposal. Solicitation and all information, notices, amendments for this solicitation will be posted at https://sam.gov. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. The Government anticipates funds will become available prior to award as this action has been identified on the National Guard priority list. Award will be made to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government as outlined in accordance with the criteria set forth within the solicitation. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. Amend 0001-The purpose of this amendment is to correct the Block 10 Narrative, the proposal due date has been extended from Saturday 18 MAR 23 to Thursday 23 MAR 23, the Site Visit Sign-In sheet has been uploaded to SAM.GOV as an additional attachment, providing Q and A s (See Section 00800), and no other changes regarding T and C at this time. Amend 0002 -The purpose of this amendment is to provide additional Q and As. See Section 00800, provide the following attachments: FL ANG - F-35 Flight Sim - Addendum 001 COMBINED DRAWINGS, FL ANG - F-35 Flight Sim - Addendum 001 COMBINED SPECS, and FL ANG - F-35 Flight Sim - Addendum 001 NARRATIVE, the proposal due date has been extended from Thursday 23 MAR 23 to Tuesday 28 MAR 23, and no other changes regarding T and C at this time. The purpose of this amendment is to provide additional Q and As (See Section 00800), provide the following attachment: FSB - Geotechnical Engineering Report (Nov 2021), the bid acceptance period has been reduced from 120 Calendar Days to 90 Calendar Days, and no other changes regarding T and C at this time.
