Background
The project involves the construction of a multi-story steel framed, reinforced concrete flight training center at Ebbing Air National Guard Base (ANGB).

The facility is designed to support the training needs of F-35 pilots and will include various spaces such as classrooms, flight simulator training areas, conference rooms, administrative offices, bathrooms, and secure spaces.

Compliance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD 705) standards and the Joint Programs Office (JPO) Facility Requirements Document (FRD) is mandatory.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following construction tasks:
- Construction of a multi-story steel framed and reinforced concrete structure.
- Installation of a vertical pile foundation.
- Application of brick veneer on the exterior.
- Installation of a standing seam metal roof.
- Development of interior spaces including training classrooms, flight simulator areas, conference rooms, administrative support spaces, bathrooms, storage areas, break rooms, mechanical and electrical spaces, and janitor closets.
- Ensuring that all secure spaces comply with ICD 705 criteria/standards.
