The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to solicit for the following service: Restoration & Remediation Emergency Flood Response Services The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Priced Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) resulting from the solicitation to the responsive offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the government in terms of price and other considered factors. TIERED EVALUATIONS INCLUDING LARGE BUSINESSES WILL BE USED. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED AS TIERED EVALUATION WITH THE FOLLOWING TIERS: (1) SDVOSB CONCERNS, (2) VOSB CONCERNS, (3) SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS AND (4) LARGE BUSINESS CONCERNS. MULTIPLE BPA CONTRACTS MAY BE AWARDED IF ONE CONTRACTOR IS NOT ABLE TO SERVICE ALL SITES. IF A CONTRACTOR CAN NOT SERVICE ALL SITES, THEY MUST EXPLICITLY STATES WHICH SITES THEY ARE PROPOSING TO SERVICE IN THEIR BID PACKAGE. Solicitation 36C24121Q0248 will be available for download on March 15, 2021. The close date will be on March 25, 2021 at 12 PM EST time. Copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of the contract. Registration may be accomplished at www.sam.gov.
