F108 Module 13/15 & 14 LPT Assembly (USAF/USN) Remanufacture   2

Background
The solicitation is issued by the United States Air Force (USAF) and the United States Navy (USN) for the remanufacture of F108 Module 13/15 and 14 Low Pressure Turbine Assemblies. The goal of this contract is to restore these assemblies to their original life expectancy in compliance with military standards and requirements. The contract aims to ensure that the delivered products meet the quality assurance standards set forth by both branches of the military.

Work Details
The contractor is responsible for the remanufacture of engine components at a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 145 facility rated for CFM56-2A and CFM56-2B engine components. The specific products to be delivered include:

1. **F108 Module 13/15 Low Pressure Turbine Rotor and Frame Assembly**
- Input P/N: 305-482-301-0, Output P/N: 305-482-301-0, NSN: 2840-01-229-5786PN
- Input P/N: 305-482-302-0, Output P/N: 305-482-302-0, NSN: 2840-01-229-5786PN
- Input P/N: 305-482-303-0, Output P/N: 305-482-303-0, NSN: 2840-01-229-5786PN

2. **F108 Module 14 Low Pressure Turbine Shaft Assembly**
- Input P/N: 301-316-158-0, Output P/N: 301-316-158-0, NSN: 2840-01-189-2941PN
- Additional subCLINs for Shaft and Stub Shaft replacement have been added.
- For Stage I Blades, a total of 105 blades will be paid for each USAF module and 141 blades for each USN module.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma.
