Description of Supplies/Services Required to Meet the Agency s Needs: 12 months of GEMS Coordinator Support Services, Period of Performance: 08/01/2025-07/31/2026. They have been performing the current services at the medical center for 1+ years. Description of Efforts Made to ensure that offers are solicited from as many potential sources as deemed practicable: At this time no additional efforts were made. A new requirement package will be submitted to establish a long term contract and market research will be performed and the requirement will be competed to the maximum extent practicable. Determination by the CO that the Anticipated Cost to the Government will be Fair and Reasonable: The price of this acquisition is anticipated to be fair and reasonable by comparing previous contract pricing for this acquisition at the same location with the same services that this emergency covers.
