The purpose of this amendment is to do the following:

FIRST: The Estimated Quantity on CLINs 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, & 4001 are corrected:
FROM: 180 EA
TO: 36 EA

SECOND: The Ship To information on CLINs 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, & 4001 are correct:
FROM: ARO 2ea/mon 30 days
TO: 3 ea - 30 days ARO Funded Order or Reparable Assets, Whichever is Later

THIRD: Corrected Input and Output information is hereby incorporated for CLINS 0001, 0004,
1001, 1004, 2001, 2004, 3001, 3004, 4001, & 4004.

FOURTH: The response date is hereby extended from 19 October 2021 at 3:00pm to 26 October
2021 at 3:00pm.
