Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is issuing this solicitation for the Wild Horse and Burro (WH&B) Program, which aims to manage and control wild horse and burro populations on public lands.

The goal of this contract is to provide Drive Trapping Services as part of an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) framework, allowing for multiple awards to qualified contractors.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing Drive Trapping Services for wild horses and burros. This includes the following tasks: conducting drive trapping operations, ensuring the humane treatment of animals during capture, transporting captured animals to designated holding facilities, and complying with all applicable regulations regarding animal welfare.

The contractor must meet all requirements outlined in the solicitation package.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from October 15, 2025, to August 31, 2030.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed on public lands managed by the BLM, with specific locations to be determined based on operational needs.
