Background
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a contract for support in chemical screening, review, and evaluation of new, existing, and safer choice chemical substances. The contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) that allows for both Time and Materials and Firm-fixed price task orders.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide necessary personnel, material, equipment, services, and facilities to perform the Performance Work Statement included in Attachment 1. Work will be ordered against the subject contract through the issuance of Task Orders.
The contractor shall adhere to the procedures set forth in its Quality Assurance plan and provide and maintain an inspection system acceptable to EPA covering the services under this contract. The contractor shall also provide training to keep its personnel abreast of changes to the science and/or technology associated with the requirements of the contract.
