Background
The Western Oregon Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Districts are contracting for silvicultural services to accomplish multiple forest management treatments on a wide variety of stand conditions varying in both complexity and quantities. The indefinite quantities feature of this contract provides for the ability to order specific treatments on additional units at a predetermined price from the Schedule of Items. The BLM project areas are natural and managed conifer/hardwood stands of all ages, sizes, and species. The project areas are located within BLM’s western Oregon Districts, including Coos Bay, Lakeview, Medford, Northwest Oregon, and Roseburg districts.

Work Details
This requirement is for a 5 Year Multiple-Award Task Order Contract for Firm Fixed Price Services for Silvicultural Activities, including Tree Planting, Tubing Installation and Maintenance, Mulching, Animal Trapping Hand Grubbing/Scalping, Shading, Brushing, Slashing, Pre-Commercial Thinning, Pruning in the specified districts. The maximum value quantity of this contract is $40,000,000.00. The minimum guarantee quantity per contract is $2,500.00.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a 5-year period.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the contract will be performed include Coos Bay District, Lakeview District, Medford District, Northwest Oregon District, and Roseburg District.
