1. SOLICITATION TYPE: Request for Quote (RFQ), written Quotations for award of a Commercial Service, Single Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ), Multiple Year Contract. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart (FAR) 12.6, 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
