Background
The solicitation is for environmental engineering support for clean water regulations. The work will be ordered against the Performance Work Statement (PWS) through the issuance of task orders. The ordering period of the contract shall be from the effective date of contract award through 5 years following the effective date of contract award.

Work Details
The Contractor shall perform all work and provide all required reports within the level of effort specified. The Contractor shall provide up to TBD at Task Order level direct labor hours for the base period. Direct labor includes personnel such as engineers, scientists, draftsmen, technicians, statisticians, and programmers. The Contractor may require to provide additional effort up to 110 percent of the level of effort for any period until the estimated cost for that period has been reached.

The solicitation also includes clauses related to:
- Packaging and marking
- Inspection and acceptance
- Limitation of funds notice
- Limitation of government’s obligation
- Quality assurance
- Period of performance
- Contract administration data
- Invoice preparation and content
- Key personnel requirements
- Non-personal services clause
- Travel approval requirements.

Period of Performance
The ordering period of this contract shall be from the effective date of contract award through 5 years following the effective date of contract award.
