REQUEST For INFORMATION (RFI) for WHBP ORP   3

Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is issuing a special notice, Request for Information (RFI) on a Draft Request for Proposal (RFP), on behalf of the Wild Horse Burro Program (WHBP) Support Services for Off-Range Pastures. The purpose of this announcement is to promote early exchanges of information about a future acquisition by providing the draft RFP for prospective WHBP vendors interested in submitting a proposal to provide ORP space and services.

Work Details
The Draft RFP includes attachments such as a DRAFT Cost/Price Schedule and a DRAFT Requirements Package consisting of Performance Work Statement (PWS), Performance Requirements Summary (PRS), and supporting Attachments. Interested respondents and industry are requested to review and provide feedback on the documents listed. The Draft RFP is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. Proprietary information shall not be submitted in response to this Draft RFP, nor will the Government be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any improperly identified proprietary information.
