Background
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Washington County Lead District – Furnace Creek Superfund Site (YMCA) OU1 Residential Soils Remediation project in Washington County, Missouri. This contract aims to address environmental remediation needs at a designated Superfund site, focusing on residential soil contamination. The solicitation is set aside exclusively for Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSB).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, materials, equipment, services, and facilities to perform the tasks outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:

1. Conducting remedial actions as specified in the PWS;
2. Issuing task orders based on the PWS;
3. Adhering to the contractor's Quality Assurance (QA) plan;
4. Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards;
5. Maintaining public communication protocols as an EPA contractor;
6. Avoiding prohibited activities such as preparing Congressional testimony or hiring individuals for EPA employment.
