Background
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 7 is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for remedial actions at the Cherokee County Superfund Site OU#4 Treece Subsite in Cherokee County, Kansas. The contract aims to address mine waste and associated contaminated soil/sediments, which are affected by heavy metals.

This procurement is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The contract will be structured as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with fixed unit prices, consisting of a base period and one option period.

Work Details
