R7 Cherokee County OU3 and OU8   3

Background
The contract is for mine waste remediation in R7 Cherokee County OU3 and OU8. The work will be ordered against the Performance Work Statement through task orders issued by the Contracting Officer. The period of performance for this contract is from the date of award through three years thereafter, inclusive of all required reports.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services, and facilities to perform the tasks identified in the Performance Work Statement included in Attachment 2. The Contractor shall adhere to the procedures set forth in its QA plan dated (TBD after award), which is incorporated by reference.
The Contractor shall assign key personnel to the contract and obtain approval for any substitutions. The Contract-Level COR is authorized to make interpretations as to the meaning of the specifications and drawings based on request and approve pre-final progress payment requests. The Contract-Level COR shall also approve all pre-final progress payment requests.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from the date of award through three years thereafter, inclusive of all required reports.

Place of Performance
The place of performance is at the NW Corner of SW 10th and Star Road in Cherokee County Kansas.
