Background
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is issuing a solicitation for the R10 Emergency and Rapid Response Services (ERRS) contract. Work Details
The Contractor shall provide Emergency and Rapid Response Services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Price Schedule. Key tasks include:
1. Furnishing necessary personnel, materials, equipment, services, and facilities to perform the work outlined in the Statement of Work.
2. Adhering to the contractor's Quality Assurance (QA) plan.
3. Preparing and delivering reports including plans, evaluations, studies, analyses, and manuals as specified in Attachment 1.
4. Providing support for EPA-sponsored meetings, workshops, and conferences as required.
5. Ensuring compliance with Section 508 requirements for accessibility.
6. Subcontracting transportation of hazardous materials unless otherwise directed by the EPA.
7. Maintaining records for a period of ten years after final payment under the contract.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over multiple periods: Base Period from June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2028; Option Period 1 from June 1, 2028 to May 31, 2030; Option Period 2 from June 1, 2030 to May 31, 2032.
