Description

Environmental and Sustainability Program
Background
The Department of the Interior, through its Interior Business Center's Acquisition Services Directorate, is issuing a limited-sources justification for a contract on behalf of the Office of Environmental and Policy Compliance (OEPC). The contract aims to provide technical support in sustainability and environmental compliance.

Work Details
The contract requires policy, guidance, oversight, and governance for department-wide programs. Tasks include policy and guidance development, implementing an organizational Environmental Management System, establishing metrics, developing communication tools and training, IT support for updating SharePoint sites and websites, and technical assistance for program improvement. The contractor must be familiar with the EPA ECHO Database, environmental compliance tracking programs, Federal Environmental Laws, Executive Orders 13990, 14008, 14030, 14057, and OEPC's internal systems.

Period of Performance
The base award is for twelve months from the date of award with three additional twelve-month option periods.
