PCE Southeast OU1 & OU2 Remedial Action - In-Situ Thermal Remediation (ISTR)   4

Background
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 7 Acquisition & Management Branch (AMBR) is seeking the services of an experienced firm to provide in-situ thermal remedial action for PCE and TCE contaminated soils within Operable Unit OU1 and OU2 in downtown York, Nebraska. The contractor shall be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Remediation will be conducted pursuant to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) as amended by the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Action (SARA), and National Contingency Plan (NCP) requirements. The EPA anticipates an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity with fixed unit prices contract consisting of a (3) year base period. Estimated dollar value for this procurement is between $8M - $12M. This procurement will be a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services, and facilities to perform the Performance Work Statement (PWS) included in Attachment 2.
Work will be ordered against the subject Performance Work Statement (PWS) through issuance of task orders.
The period of performance of this contract shall be from date of award through three years thereafter inclusive of all required reports.
The tasks include a kick-off meeting, technical management plan development, site-specific plans development, project management, monitoring, reporting, and project invoicing.
