Description

NPRA LEGACY WELL REMEDIATION - TULAGEAK TEST WELL #1 & RESERVES
Background
The United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), has issued a pre-solicitation notice for the NPRA LEGACY WELL REMEDIATION - TULAGEAK TEST WELL #1 & RESERVES project. The project involves the plugging and abandonment of Tulageak Test Well #1 and reserves, including the removal and disposal of diesel, drilling mud, wellhead debris, solid waste, and drilling waste in compliance with Onshore Oil and Gas Order #2. Additionally, options may include delineation and characterization of well sites and reserve pits to Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation standards.

Work Details
The contractor is required to propose and execute a plan for the plugging and abandonment of Tulageak Test Well #1, removal of all solid waste and drilling waste within the reserve pit and flare pit of the Tulageak #1 Legacy Well Site, including contaminated solids and materials. The period of performance for this project will begin upon contract award no later than August 2023 and extend through December 31, 2024.

The work will be performed at the Tulageak Test Well #1 site and surrounding areas.
