Notice of Intent for award of sole source for field work and data analysis of native fishes of the Muddy River, southern NV. Description: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL The FSC Code is F019, the NAICS Code is 561990 and the size standard is $12M. Notice of Intent for Award: The US Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a sole source requirement to BIO-WEST, INC. to provide field work and data analysis of native fishes of the Muddy River, southern NV. BIO-WEST, INC. has been determined to be the only capable firm due to the firm having done previous surveys in the past and must use the historical data combined with the new data for publishing and release to the scientific community. The same firm must be used to preserve the data integrity and continuity for scientific acceptability. If you are an interested firm that disagrees with the reason stated above and have expertise in the habitat of the native fishes of the Muddy River, southern NV, you may submit a statement of capability and a clearly defined reason for your disagreement for consideration.
