Amendment 0001 is to provide answers to questions submitted by contractors. All other terms and conditions of the contract remain unchanged.
This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm-fixed price single- award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation to the vendor. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140P8625Q0014. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 and are available in full text through Internet access at http:// www.acquisition.gov/far/.
This Procurement is pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The Government shall place orders totaling a minimum of $12,000 over the full term of the Contract. The maximum amount for the full term (including base period and all option periods exercised) will not exceed $875,000. This maximum amount is not representation that the maximum quantity will be required or ordered or that the conditions affecting task orders will be stable or normal. The NPS will award a Task Order to fund only the minimum obligation amount at the time of award, then when a subsequent Task Order under the contract is awarded, the obligation to the initial Task Order shall be de-obligated in the amount equal to the new task order funding. The de-obligation will be by modification to the Task Order. Purchases will be made through the issuance of task orders against IDIQ contract, using the pricing provided on the Price Schedule attached to the Contract as awarded.
Offers shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to Liset_Gomez@nps.gov. All documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than Friday, June 20, 2025 at 2:00pm (Pacific Time).

Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this solicitation for a firm-fixed price single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to address hazardous waste disposal needs and emergency response services across seven Bay Area parks. These parks include the Golden Gate National Recreation Area, San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park, Point Reyes National Seashore, John Muir National Historic Site, Rosie the Riveter/World War II Home Front National Historical Park, Eugene O'Neill National Historic Site, and Port Chicago Naval Magazine National Memorial. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside.

Work Details
The contractor will provide hazardous waste management and environmental emergency response services as needed by the NPS units. The services include but are not limited to:
- Disposal of hazardous waste generated by the parks, including universal waste, California hazardous waste, RCRA hazardous waste, biohazardous waste, treated wood waste, and other regulated hazardous and non-hazardous wastes.
- Emergency response services for environmental incidents.
- The contract will be utilized as the primary source for routine and non-routine hazardous waste disposal needs across all identified parks.
- The contractor must be capable of providing these services at any time throughout the year.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period from June 30, 2025, to June 29, 2026, with four option years extending through June 29, 2030.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within the seven Bay Area parks managed by the National Park Service.
