Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent and/or closely related prior contract based on the prior BPA for hazardous waste removal at the same type of facility, 47QRAA20D000C-140G0121A0008, awarded to Crystal Clean for $140,066 from 08/01/21 to 07/31/26. The prior work is described as “HAZARDOUS WASTE REMOVAL BPA,” which aligns with the current requirement for hazardous waste collection, characterization, packaging/labeling, transportation, disposal, and associated manifests/permits. The continuity in scope suggests the current effort may be a continuation of the same hazardous waste removal services under a new period of performance.
