Hanford 222-S Laboratory Contract

Response Due Date: 9/7/2018 The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) requests review and comment from all interested parties of the Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 89303318REM000012 pertaining to the Hanford 222-S Laboratory Contract procurement. The Draft RFP is being issued for informational purposes to assist DOE in developing a Final RFP for this procurement, and input from interested parties regarding the Draft RFP is due by September 7, 2018. This requirement is a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 562910, Remediation Services, and the small business size standard is 750 employees. DOE IS NOT REQUESTING PROPOSALS AT THIS TIME, AND INTERESTED PARTIES SHALL NOT SUBMIT PROPOSALS IN RESPONSE TO THE DRAFT RFP. DOE WILL NOT EVALUATE ANY PROPOSALS RECEIVED IN RESPONSE TO THE DRAFT RFP. PROPOSALS SHALL BE SUBMITTED ONLY IN RESPONSE TO THE FINAL RFP, CURRENTLY ANTICIPATED TO BE ISSUED IN THE FIRST QUARTER OF GOVERNMENT FISCAL YEAR 2019. DOE hereby invites interested parties to thoroughly examine the Draft RFP and the accompanying procurement website https://www.emcbc.doe.gov/SEB/222S_Lab/ in their entirety and to submit comments in writing to the following email address: 222 SLab@emcbc.doe.gov. During the development of the Final RFP DOE will consider the comments received from interested parties in response to the Draft RFP.
