Background
The Great Lakes National Program Office (GLNPO) under the US Environmental Protection Agency aims to provide remediation and restoration services for contaminated sediment in the Great Lakes region. The goal is to support remedial response and oversight through construction and engineering services.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish necessary personnel, material, equipment, services, and facilities to perform tasks as outlined in the GLNPO-RRS Statement of Work. This includes contaminated sediment remediation, habitat restoration, project planning in design-bid-build and design-build structures, and adherence to a Quality Assurance plan. The contractor must utilize environmentally preferable practices and manage task orders efficiently.

Period of Performance
