Background
The GLNPO-RRS-II MATOC Contract Solicitation is issued by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for the Great Lakes National Program Office (GLNPO). The contract aims to support the GLNPO's mission of restoring and protecting the Great Lakes ecosystem through various environmental projects and initiatives.

Work Details
The contract encompasses a wide range of services including contaminated sediment remediation, habitat restoration, project planning, and construction services within the Great Lakes Region, covering states such as Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. The tasks will be ordered through task orders issued against the GLNPO-RRS-II Statement of Work included in Section J. The contractor is required to adhere to its Quality Assurance (QA) plan and submit all submittals electronically via FedConnect unless directed otherwise.

The contract also includes provisions related to inspection and acceptance, packaging and marking, delivery or performance, contract administration data, special contract requirements, and contract clauses.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract shall be from the date of award through five years inclusive of all required reports.

Place of Performance
The principal place of performance will be within the Great Lakes Region including Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Wisconsin. However, the specific place of performance will be determined at the task order level.
