Background
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Region 9 anticipates issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for ERRS VI: Emergency Response and Removal Services, Sixth Iteration. The contract will be a Total Small Business (SB) set-aside. The solicitation was previously publicized as a Request for Information (RFI) # 68HE0923R0004 from 11/30/2022 through 12/19/2022.

Work Details
The Performance Work Statement (PWS) for ERRS VI outlines various tasks and services to be completed under the contract. This includes the submission of a Response Work Plan prior to the commencement of work, written Daily Work Orders specifying work to be performed, Site Progress Reports, Daily Oral Reports, Special Reports, support facilities provision, demolition services, soil and/or structure restoration and/or stabilization, Task Order management including issuance and 24/7 capability, order-specific planning, Response Manager responsibilities, costs and tasks documentation, safety and health management including HASP preparation and safety incident reporting, participation in emergency response exercises, and key personnel requirements such as Program Manager, Response Manager, Logistics Specialist / Logistics Facility Project Manager (LFPM), and Transportation and Disposal (T&D) Coordinator.
