Background
This is a solicitation for Air Attack Flight Services for the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) for the suppression of wildland fires. The total combined ceiling value of the contract is $38 million.

Work Details
The contract requires fully Contractor-operated and maintained EU airplane flight services in support of Government missions in the Conterminous Lower 48 States and Alaska. The services include provisions of an airplane, pilot(s), fuel, aircraft maintenance support, and all other associated equipment. The mission activities may include air tactical operations, aerial fire reconnaissance and detection, law enforcement limited to nonthreatening surveillance and reconnaissance, and other administrative and related resource activities.

Period of Performance
The contract includes an annual EU period of 120 days with the possibility of extension at the sole discretion of the Government.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the contract will be performed include Twin Falls, Idaho; Stead, Nevada; Salt Lake City, Utah; Pocatello, Idaho; Ontario, Oregon; Grand Junction, Colorado; Elko, Nevada; Cedar City, Utah; Boise, Idaho; Billings, Montana; and Fairbanks, Alaska.
