Environmental & Restoration Services Contracts (ERSC) for the Louisville District and all U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Mission Boundaries.   2

The Scope of this contract will include Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contracts using firm fixed price for a broad spectrum of environmental restoration and remediation services for work primarily in the United States and its territories, however may include OCONUS sites where the U.S. Government owns, operates, or maintains facilities (military or civil) serviced by the USACE, Louisville District, or other district or division designated by the Contracting Officer. Although the contracts will focus primarily within the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division Mission Boundaries, they may be used for nationwide mission support when such use is determined to be within the best interest of the Government. The Government intends to award up to seven (7) small business Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) Umbrella Contracts where individual task orders will be competed among the seven contracts. Total combined contract capacity under the umbrella contracts is $225,000,000.00. Each MATOC will consist of a two (2) year base period and four two-year option periods for a total of ten years. This is a Request for Proposal and offers will be evaluated using best value/tradeoff process. A sample project scenario (including pricing per bid schedule) will be incorporated into the solicitation to assist in the evaluation of offerors proposals. The issue date will be approximately 20 October 2010. The proposal due date will be approximately 08 December 2010. The NAICS code for this requirement is 562910.
