Background
The Environmental Remediation Services MATOC is issued by the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), part of the Department of the Interior (DOI). The contract aims to provide a pool of Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for environmental sampling and remediation services at Indian Affairs facilities and properties. The goal is to address various environmental hazards, ensuring compliance and safety in areas managed by Indian Affairs.

Work Details
The work under this contract includes a variety of environmental assessing, sampling, monitoring, and remediation services. Specific tasks include:
1. Conducting assessments for lead paint, dust, soil, asbestos, radon, mold, and other environmental hazards.
2. Performing sampling of bulk materials (e.g., soil), surface dust (e.g., wipe samples), and airborne particles.
3. Abating hazardous materials and providing interim controls to minimize risk.
4. Remediating contaminated materials to prevent exposure or environmental degradation.
5. Restoring building materials post-remediation to ensure they are not damaged after the completion of work.

The contractors will be responsible for all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, parts, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform these services across various facilities including schools, dormitories, detention centers, housing units, offices, museums, and historic sites.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from February 28, 2025 to February 28, 2030.

Place of Performance
Work will be conducted across the Continental United States and Indian Country.
