Description

Region 4, 5, and 6 Emergency and Rapid Response Services V (ERRS V)
Background
The Emergency and Rapid Response Services V (ERRS V) contract is issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for Regions 4, 5, and 6. The goal of the contract is to manage emergency responses and remedial actions related to environmental hazards.

Work Details
The contractor will conduct emergency responses, time-critical and non-time critical removals, and remedial actions concerning the release or threat of release of oil, hazardous and toxic wastes, petroleum products, hazardous substances, pollutants, contaminants, or fire or explosion hazards. This includes cleanup for incidents involving weapons of mass destruction, acts of terrorism, and nuclear, biological, and chemical incidents.

The contractor must provide necessary personnel, equipment, materials, services, and facilities to perform these tasks as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
