Description

General Intention: The intention of this purchase order is to obtain janitorial, custodial, and maintenance services for Devils Gate Recreation Site by means of a firm fixed-price contract.
General Requirements: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide the cleaning and maintenance of recreation area sites in accordance with this performance work statement.
Work Location: The work is located in Natrona County, Wyoming approximately 12 miles east northeast of Muddy Gap, Wyoming. The work site is shown on the attached Work and Project Location Map.

Devil s Gate Recreation Site:
1 double toilet units
4 single garbage can units
1 policing grounds
Period of Performance:
Base Year: 08/01/2025 - 07/31/2026
Option Year 1: 08/01/2026 - 07/31/2027
Option Year 2: 08/01/2027 - 07/31/2028
Option Year 3: 08/01/2028 - 07/31/2029
Option Year 4: 08/01/2029 - 07/31/2030

Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking to award a firm fixed-price contract for janitorial, custodial, and maintenance services at the Devils Gate Recreation Site. This initiative aims to sustain the cleanliness and operational functionality of the site, enhancing the recreational experience for the public. The contract is intended to continue the BLM's mission of sustaining the health, diversity, and productivity of public lands for current and future generations.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary for cleaning and maintaining recreation area sites as outlined in this performance work statement. Specific tasks include:
1. Double toilet unit maintenance
2. Four single garbage can units maintenance
3. Ground policing at the Devils Gate Recreation Site.

Services must be performed according to a defined frequency: monthly (12 times a year), weekly (52 times a year), twice weekly (2 times a week), three times weekly (3 times a week), or daily.
