Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Construction and Facilities Management (CFM) is seeking to provide professional environmental, historic preservation, sustainability, and related support services. The goal of this contract is to assist the VA in addressing various environmental and historical issues associated with its facilities and projects across the United States.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a range of services including:
- Environmental impact analysis for proposed projects
- Control of environmental contamination from pollutants and hazardous materials
- Development of management plans for endangered species, stormwater pollution prevention, and wetland/watershed management
- Archaeological and cultural resource management plans
- Compliance with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA)
- Conducting Phase I and II environmental site assessments
- Regulatory compliance studies and consultations
- Preparation of Environmental Assessments (EAs) and Environmental Impact Statements (EISs)
- Development of sustainability manuals, waste management plans, and other guidance documents.

The contractor must also ensure that all work adheres to applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this IDIQ contract includes a one-year base period followed by four one-year option periods. Each task order's specific period will be determined at the task order level.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at multiple locations throughout the Contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and other specified outlying areas.
