Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish all facilities, labor, supervision, and materials to provide goods/services according to the terms and conditions outlined in the Performance-based Work Statement for Monitoring Wells In Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The work includes tasks such as working with well structures, obtaining necessary permits, well evaluation, safety barriers, pipe removal and restoration above and below water surfaces, demolition of poured concrete or brick structures, excavation of plant life, area restoration, and operating heavy equipment necessary for drilling and excavation.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the project is from August 1, 2024, to September 30, 2024.
