BIA EU Single Engine Air Tanker (SEAT) at Bemidji   4

Background
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is seeking to procure Exclusive Use Single Engine Air Tanker (SEAT) Aircraft Flight Services to support its operations in Bemidji, Minnesota.
The goal of this contract is to ensure effective aerial firefighting capabilities and support for the BIA's mission in managing and protecting Indian lands.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Exclusive Use Single Engine Air Tanker (SEAT) Aircraft Flight Services, which includes the following tasks:
- Ensure that aircraft meet all necessary equipment and safety requirements as outlined in the technical specifications.
- Provide qualified pilots and flight crew who meet the specified qualifications and duty limitations.
- Maintain operational readiness of aircraft, including adherence to maintenance schedules and safety protocols.
- Conduct flight operations in compliance with federal regulations and BIA guidelines.
- Implement safety management systems (SMS) including risk assessments, safety audits, and emergency response plans.
- Provide documentation of flight hours, accident history, and FAA violations for the past five years as part of performance evaluation.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2031.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Bemidji, Minnesota.
