Background
The solicitation is for F/A-18 and EA-18G Training Devices Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services and Contractor Instructional Services (F/A-18 COMS & CIS). The pre-proposal site visits are conducted to explain the specifications and terms and conditions of the solicitation. Prospective Offerors are urged to attend these visits. The government is not responsible for, nor will pay, any portion of the costs associated with conference and site visit attendance.

Work Details
The work includes conducting pre-proposal site visits to explain the specifications and terms and conditions of the solicitation. Restrictions and clearances are specified for prospective Offerors attending the site visits. Attendees are required to possess Secret Security Clearances, and foreign nationals are not allowed without an approved foreign visit request. Prospective Offerors must submit a visit request through the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) ten days in advance of scheduled visits. COVID-19 screening measures are in place at all site visit locations.
Questions generated at the site visits should be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist via email using Attachment L-1 Question and Answer Form.

Period of Performance
The schedule for the site visits is as follows: MCAS Beaufort on 16 Oct 2020, Naval Air Station Oceana on 17 Oct 2020, MCAS Miramar on 22 Oct 2020, and Naval Air Station Whidbey Island on 24 Oct 2020.

Place of Performance
The site visits will be conducted at various locations including Beaufort, South Carolina; Virginia Beach, Virginia; Miramar, California; and Whidbey Island, Washington.
