Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Los Angeles District, is conducting market research to identify prime contractors interested in competing for a Prequalified Sources List (PQSL) in accordance with DFARS 236.272 for the F-47 Bed-down Program, at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. This program is expected to be executed in three phases.

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Los Angeles District, is conducting market research to identify prime contractors interested in competing for a Prequalified Sources List (PQSL) for the F-47 Bed-down Program at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada.

This program is expected to be executed in three phases and aims to enhance military infrastructure and capabilities at the base.

Work Details
The anticipated scope of work includes:

- Phase I: airfield apron construction, grading and drainage, installation of a jet blast deflector, development of water storage and pump stations, construction of aircraft parking and maintenance facilities including a maintenance hangar and squadron operations facility, roadway construction, upgrades to existing utilities, development of a flight simulator facility and an avionics re-programming laboratory;

- Phase II: construction of a fuel cell facility, low-observable corrosion control facility and wash rack, consolidated maintenance facility, maintenance training facility, fuel station, and weapons storage facility;

- Phase III: expansion of the R-11 fuel stand, construction of a satellite dining facility, DFAC storage facility, and a 240-personnel dormitory.

All phases will include associated design input and management.
