F-450 Pick Up Trucks and 1 lot Contractor Spares   2

The US ARMY Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) has a requirement for the following: Four (4) Ford F-450 Pick Up Trucks and Spare Parts to support the Country of Belize, Case Number JM-UEO.
This solicitation is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announce constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Requirement W56HZV-18-R-0063 will be a one time buy with no option period for Quantity Four (4) Ford F-450 Pick Up Trucks (2017 model year or later, with no more than 200 miles on the odometer; 4x4 Ford F450 chassis cab; 4 door crew cab; Colors: two will be white and two will be flat green) and Quantity one (1) lot - Contractor Spare Parts. This is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Firm Fixed Price Contract under NAICS Code 336112. Delivery will be 180 days after contract award utilizing FOB Origin for all shipping information.
All responses are due by 19 March 2018, 12:00 PM EST. Vendors and Contractors may submit their proposals to this solicitation and all responses to this posting will be considered as an official bid or quote. A spreadsheet for the Spare Parts is released with this solicitation as Exhibit A and the Specification and Technical Information Questionaire (TIQ) are Attachments 0001 and 0002, respectively, for submitting pricing proposals. Please refer to the solicitation for all terms, conditions, specifications, requirements, etc. Proposals will be evaluated for technical acceptability and award will be made to the lowest total evaluated priced offeror. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
