Background
The contract is a sole source requirement for L3 Harris Technologies. The contractor will participate in a Gap Analysis team and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIM) to identify requirements, tasks, data, deliverables, and infrastructure required for the Air Force Sustainment (AFSC) Software (SW) Directorate to establish software sustainment capability for the F-35 TR-3. L3Harris is the OEM for the needed data and is the only contractor able to fulfill the requirements due to data rights and proprietary information.

Work Details
The major task is support for Technical Interchange Meetings with Air Force Sustainment Command (AFSC) Software (SW) Directorate Organic TPS Team. Topics include technical viability, technical data access, engineering services, configuration, and data management. The contractor's primary task is to prepare for and support Technical Interchange Meetings with AFSC SW Directorate and their representatives to develop a plan for establishing TR-3 AMS, PCD EU and ICP Organic Depot capabilities for replacement or repair of Line Replaceable Components (LRC), with emphasis on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) and TPS design approach. The contractor shall support weekly telecoms to facilitate collaboration between parties and address items such as progress.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the contract will be performed include Malabar Florida and Robins Air Force Base.
