F-35 JPO Unclassified IT Industry Day

The F-35 Lightning II Joint Program Office (JPO), Arlington, Virginia, will host an industry day May 21, 2026, to discuss the program's upcoming requirement for Information Technology (IT) and Information Assurance (IA)/Cybersecurity Services (CS). During this vital forum, the Government will share its upcoming procurement needs with our industry partners. This event is intended to be a place of transparent communication and collaboration between the public and private sectors; it offers a prime opportunity for vendors to understand the Government's requirements, ask clarifying questions, and network with both Government officials and potential partners. The F-35 JPO will use feedback and information about industry capability to refine its requirements.

The F-35 JPO requires comprehensive IT and IA/CS support for its Joint Virtual Enterprise (JVE) network and standalone workstations. This support, crucial to the JPO's mission effectiveness and the successful fielding of F-35 mission capabilities, will be provided across all directorates, functional areas, and integrated product teams. This includes, but is not limited to, program management, enterprise performance management, enterprise architecture, emerging capabilities and requirements implementation, life cycle management, operations & maintenance, enterprise data management, service desk support, IT training, and CS support. This includes managing the JVE network to support both unclassified communications, ensuring seamless connectivity and service across the network, and coordinating with contractors responsible for classified systems and external trusted networks. The Contractor shall be responsible for a full range of services as outlined in the Draft PWS, Attachment 1.

The Government anticipates the RFP will be released under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541512, Computer System Design Services, with a size standard of $34.0 Mil. The resultant contract is expected to be base plus four years. We encourage any and all interested parties to attend the industry day to discuss this requirement in further detail.
