Background
The solicitation is for the demolition of F-16 Jet Blast Deflectors and construction of new F-35 Jet Blast Deflectors in accordance with provided A&E specifications. A pre-proposal conference/site visit will be conducted on 30 July 2024 at 1:00 PM central standard time (CST). Requests for Information (RFIs) or other questions pertaining to this requirement must be submitted no later than 2 August 2024 at 10:00 a.m. central standard time (CST).

Work Details
The work involves the demolition of F-16 Jet Blast Deflectors and the construction of new F-35 Jet Blast Deflectors in accordance with provided A&E specifications. The contractor shall begin performance within calendar days and complete it within calendar days after receiving award, notice to proceed.
The government provided drawings are for the purpose of establishing a conceptual base to enable contractors to prepare a suitable proposal. Contractors choosing to use any of the information shall do so only if and when their engineering and design considerations so dictate. The contractor SHALL NOT depend on Government provided information to determine measurements, conditions of the facility and other equipment, building construction or other physical considerations.
