Background
The Department of War is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to identify potential sources and solutions for a Polyalphaolefin (PAO) Liquid Coolant Cart. This cart is required to support ground maintenance operations for the F-22 aircraft at the organizational on-equipment level. The goal of this RFI is to gather information on commercially available or near-production-ready systems that meet the outlined requirements.

Work Details
The proposed solution must meet the following mandatory requirements:

1. Functional Requirements:
- Cool, clean, and recirculate PAO liquid coolant.
- Must be compatible with polyalphaolefin (PAO) coolant.
- Contain a reservoir to allow for the bleeding of air from the PAO fluid.
- Include a 10-micron filtration system to ensure cleanliness of the recirculated PAO fluid.

2. Operational Requirements:
- Operating Temperature: Capable of full performance in ambient temperatures ranging from -40°F to 120°F.
- Power Source: Dual-powered system, capable of being powered by both an electric source and a diesel engine for hangar and flight line operations (Input power 440-amps, 380v/50Hz @152 amps).
- Mobility: Trailer-mounted, capable of interfacing with a standard tow vehicle via a tow bar.

3. System and Interface Requirements:
- Equipped with a mechanical refrigeration system to cool the PAO to required outlet temperatures.
- Include all necessary hoses and quick-disconnect adapters to interface with the F-22 liquid coolant system.

4. Performance Parameters:
- Forward Liquid Loop: Heat Load 35 kW, Supply Temperature 32-95 °F (Target: 75 °F), Coolant Flow 31 gpm, Supply Pressure 150 psig.
- Aft Liquid Loop: Heat Load 35 kW, Supply Temperature 32-120 °F (Target: 75 °F), Coolant Flow 31 gpm, Supply Pressure 150 psig.

Place of Performance
The product will be delivered to locations where F-22 aircraft maintenance occurs.
