Background
The National Guard Bureau (NGB) Directorate of Acquisitions (AQ-C) is soliciting industry for a firm-fixed-price contract to provide Weapons System Simulator Training and Support (WSSTS) for domestic and international combat-capable aircrews for the United States Air Force, Air National Guard, and authorized Foreign Military Sales customers. This follows a recently published DRAFT RFP from 18 January 2022 through 04 February 2022.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of non-personal, non-commercial services to provide F-16 Weapon System Simulator Training and Support Services. The services include US Air Force Pilot Production, Taiwan FMS Support, International Foreign Military Support, Service Contract Reporting, and Netherlands FMS Military Support. The work includes tasks such as academic instruction, aircrew training device instruction, briefing and debriefing of syllabi training device missions, and preparation of classrooms for instruction.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance shall be one 12-month Base Period, followed by four 12-month option periods. The contract also includes phase-in and phase-out periods to ensure continuity of services.

Place of Performance
The performance under this contract shall be at two locations - 149th Fighter Wing (FW) at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA)-Lackland, Kelly Field Annex, San Antonio, TX and 162nd Wing, Morris Air National Guard Base (ANGB), Tucson, AZ.
