Bidder Requirements
Manufacturing/source qualification requirements apply to become an approved source for this Pylon, Aircraft. Offeror must certify it has or has access to required facilities, testing, inspection capabilities, tooling, and personnel to manufacture, inspect, test, package, and store the item for government evaluation/inspection. Offeror must verify it has a complete data package including a complete list of all procedures/drawings/specifications (including change notices) in its possession at a minimum drawing 16S1151-811; may be required to provide copies of applicable procedures/drawings/specifications. Offeror must manufacture the item to conform to ESA-approved engineering/technical data package requirements and comply with DFARS 211.274 Unique Identification (UID) requirements as prescribed in the ESA-approved technical data. Offeror must provide (at its own expense) data showing results of quality/performance/environmental evaluations conducted to demonstrate compliance with requirements identified by Drawing 16S1151-811; article must be available for government inspection during approved qualification testing. Hazardous materials shipments must comply with international/DOD hazardous shipping preparation requirements (including DOT/UN specifications as applicable) and provide required test report/certification prior to acceptance/shipment when required by CDRL; provide SDS copy with prescribed packaging data deliverables.
