This requirement is for modification and qualification of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). Existing Flight Control Computer(s) (Flight Control Computer (FLCC)- 460700-11-01) will be modified to include digital capability in order to interact with other aircraft avionics and the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Automatic Ground Collision Avoidance System (AGCAS) algorithm. Digital upgrade must not change legacy capabilities or interfaces. United States Government (USG) requires fully qualified digital Hybrid Flight Control Computer(s) (HFLCC) for the USAF pre-block fleet. BAE is the original equipment manufacturer of the FLCC and owns all data rights. Maximum quantities are 750 modified FLCCs.
