F-16 Bracket Parts/Kit Assemblies - Solicitation FA8232-24-R-3001
A. 15 December 2023. This is the official release of the F-16 Bracket Multiple Award IDIQ Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposals are due no later than Monday, 29 January 2024, 2:00 PM (MST). The solicitation and applicable attachments are attached.

1. The F-16 Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) will have a $48 Million total estimated maximum and will support diverse bracket kits and parts for the F-16 fleet to include all block and model aircraft within the United States Air Force (USAF), Air National Guard (ANG), Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC), European Participating Air Forces (EPAF) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS). This is a competitive acquisition and is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS Code 336413 which has a 1,250 employee size standard. Foreign participation is not allowed. The IDIQ will have a 5 year base ordering period and a 2 year option with the 5 year base ordering period commencing upon award of the IDIQ.

2. Provide Amendment 0001 ("FA823224R3001_0001.pdf") and associated added and/or updated attachments. The Amendment 0001 attachments can be found under the following file postings:

D. 13 February 2024. The purpose of this posting is to:
1. Provide Amendment 0002 ("FA823224R3001_0002_13Feb24.pdf"). The amendment extends the proposal due date from Wednesday, 14 February 2024, 2:00 PM (MST) to Wednesday, 21 February 2024, 2:00 PM (MST).
2. Provide an updated copy of the "QA 1 (FA823224R3001)_Questions_1_thru_13" document. "QA 1 (FA823224R3001)_Questions_1_thru_13_13Feb24_Rev1.pdf" has replaced "QA 1 (FA823224R3001)_Questions_1_thru_13_18Jan24.pdf."
