Description

F-15 Precision Radome Integrated System of Measurement (PRISM)

Calibration and Preventive Maintenance

Background
The contract involves the calibration and preventive maintenance of the Precision Radome Integrated System of Measurement (PRISM) and antenna/radome test facility equipment in support of the 402d Electronic Maintenance Group (EMXG) at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia.

Work Details
The Contractor is responsible for providing all parts, labor, equipment, materials, travel, and services for the calibration and preventive maintenance of the PRISM equipment. This includes both bi-annual and annual requirements as listed in Appendix 1.

The contract includes a 12-month Basic period of performance covering the calibration and preventive maintenance of bi-annual requirements only, with options for additional periods. Unscheduled maintenance shall be coordinated with on-site personnel. The Contractor shall perform calibration and preventive maintenance activities as indicated in Appendix 1. Equipment repair shall be accomplished on-site if possible, with off-site repair requiring approval. The Contractor shall perform all preventive maintenance and calibration as specified in accordance with the manufacturer’s official equipment publications, handbooks, and manuals.

Period of Performance

The work will take place in building 672 at Robins Air Force Base, GA.
