Description

Solicitation SPRHA1-23-R-7003 seeks to obtain remanufacture support for F-15E heat sink assemblies, NSN 1630-01-652-8251. It is anticipated that this contract will be awarded on a sole source basis using other than full and open competition as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1 with:

The contract will be structured as a 1-for-1 exchange program. Under the 1-for-1 exchange period, the contractor will be required to propose a Price Per Exchange (PPE) to deliver a remanufactured, serviceable F-15 heat sink in exchange for an unserviceable F-15 heat sink. The heat sink exchange will be awarded as Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with a 2-year base period and two 4-year option periods.
