F-15 Data Transfer Module II and MITR DVR Hardware and Support

Background
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) F-15 Division, located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio, is conducting a market assessment to identify potential sources capable of providing distinct capabilities for the F-15 E/EX/FMS platforms.

This Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) is part of Government Market Research aimed at obtaining information on industry capabilities related to manufacturing and procurement services under a robust Quality Management System (QMS). The primary objective is to assess industry production throughput capacity and the ability to meet immediate needs for specific supplies and services.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Build-to-print manufacturing and testing for DTM II Removable Memory Modules (DRMM) units, including sourcing all parts from a Government-provided Bill of Materials (BOM), custom fabrication, circuit card assembly, production acceptance testing, and environmental stress screening.
2. Contractor logistics support and depot-level maintenance for DRMM units, including failure analysis and repair while handling classified data at a minimum security level of Secret.
3. Depot-level maintenance for DTM II Remote Receptacles (DRR) and Docking Stations, with similar requirements regarding classified data handling.
4. Depot-level maintenance for Modular Instrumentation Traffic Analysis Point Recorder (MITR DVR), also requiring classified data handling capabilities.
5. Procurement and delivery of DRRs, Docking Stations, Interface Adapter Kits (IAK), and MITR DVRs.
